David Knoll Finds His Soul video

These times make us think only of ourselves just to survive. We sometimes forget to stop, look around, and think of the implications of our actions. This video reminds us of our responsibility for others even during our toughest times.

NBC is partnering with The Responsibility Project to help promote its message of responsibility. Through a series of short films, five of the network‘s primetime stars will present personal and poignant stories that illustrate the importance of responsibility in our daily lives. The series starts with a short starring Heroes‘ Masi Oka and directed by his co-star Milo Ventimiglia. Other stars include the star of Chuck, Zachary Levi, Friday Night Lights‘ Connie Britton, 30 Rock‘s Jack McBrayer, and Law & Order‘s Anthony Anderson.

It's refreshing to know that there are videos like this that inspire us to do small good deeds without expecting any reward. Its also a good thing that famous people are doing their jobs to educate and inspire.

JOR's Birthday Bash 10-24-2009

This is my first time to wear a coat in a party other than debuts. Jor's party theme was Gossip Girl and everyone should dress up like their favorite character. I like Chuck the most but in respect to Mr. Alvez, I let him portray the bad-ass Bass and wear “the scarf”.

Carter and Bass

The party was held at Sentosia Bay City beside Manila Bay. The place is cozy and relaxing. I like the 3 storey-units, which cost a reasonable price of around Php9M+. It was a good thing that no one cared that we were loud last night, considering IRT is notorious for setting its "own" party mood.

It was nice meeting Jor's friends outside work; the college friends, man-of-the-house Chevy, and especially the famous and in-demand “Architect Nikki”. The party was complete from finger foods, to booze, to videoke and the parteeh-mode guests! Everyone had their own “scenes” and moments. I will never forget the grand entrance of the muse of IRT--- Bea. Move over Jona, Bea was the hottest stuff that night. =)

Star of the night

I rendered max 5am OT at the party just to finish the drinks offered non-stop by Chevy. Also I made sure everyone was OK before leaving. Thanks to Alvin, who offered me a ride back home.

Thanks for a great time guys! =D

Gossip Girl meets IRT2

After eating at Kebab Factory, the team had a short phototrip on the way back to the office. We thought of Gossip Girl, which eventually became the theme on Jor's birthday party this Saturday. Too bad Em and Ria weren't with us during that time. But thanks to Alvin for taking our shot.

Best portrayal goes to Don for being Chuck Bass!

Teambuilding at Kuhala Bay 10/17/2009

After Ondoy, Peping, overnight at the office, stressful weeks, and major changes, the team finally had a chance to unwind and parteeh! We didn't care if Lupit was coming, we were all dedicated and pushed through with our 3rd IRT team building at Kuhala Bay.

Before our trip , we all ate at Countryside Resto along Katipunan avenue. Everyone got hungry at the sight of the barbecues and the lined stainless steel pots, we all got a second serving of each order we had. The food was delicious but I think it should be a little cheaper for its class.

After filling our stomachs with fats, proteins, and cholesterol, we went to Puregold beside Genie's (yes boys, its Genie's) in Marikina. We filled our carts with the ingredients of IRT's famous Ded Bull, and lots and lots (its a lot) of food. Then we continued our journey to Cardona, Rizal not knowing we will be facing a stressful traffic along Angono and Binangonan. But our party cells were kicking in so we endured the 2 hour tiring journey to our destination.

Kuhala Bay is a great place to stay for this kind of gathering. It was a good thing that we are the only people who rented the place at the time.. We only got one small room for 20 people so we faced everything from ___'s fart to ___'s snore, and even ___'s SAB faces. Even though this is not an office-sponsored team building, we achieved what other team buildings had; renewed old friendships, bonded with new ones, and made a memory to cherish.
